9th Annual Fall Concert Scheduled for October19th

This is our favorite show of the year; we get to relax with old friends (and new ones too), play some great music and enjoy something special during the intermission. This year we have Tom Peschges of the Double Down Daredevils in singer-songwriter mode - looking forward to hearing this.  Mark Kreitzer continues to amaze us with his vocal and instrumental vituosity and will once again be featured as a full band member.

The Hobgoblin folks usually put out some snacks and beverages, so come on down for a fun Fall evening with friends. Doors open at 7:00, music starts at 7:30. Tickets: 877-866-3936

Chinese Band Manhu joins Long Time Gone at Annual Concert

We were so happy that the Chinese band Manhu were able to join us for the annual Hobgoblin concert last night.  They are from the Stone Forest region of SW China and actually play “Chinese mountain music”, so it was treat to hear their regional music.  After the show we all posed for photos, one of which is displayed below:

Check Out Our Video on Grassland Jam

As if it wasn't enough fun to have our Baby Blue Arts videos up, the Grassland Jam folks finally published their video extracts of our performance at the MBOTMA festival in August 2016.  Here's the link:   http://video.pioneer.org/video/2365988271/

Long Time Gone Makes Videos

On November 19th, 2016, Long Time Gone Bluegrass band visited the Baby Blue Arts studios in the northern twin cities to record a 30-minute video show and a tune for their 2017 Holiday Show video.  We hope to have editing completed by Spring 2017, but in the meantime you can check out this 1st sample of our holiday tune Cold Frosty Morning here:

Fall Concert is here!

For the past 5 years we have done a Holiday Show on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. This year we decided to do it a little earlier (so it's now the Harvest Festival). We'll have some friends over to play something different in the intermission and a few surprises along the way. The 2015 show was the best so far, so come on down to help us do it again.
